Using Architect
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into the agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing any prompt or output before using it.
Plans, credits, and your own API key
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Architect credits measure platform-funded AI usage and do not guarantee a fixed number of prompts. On API Access, requests made with your saved provider key are billed by that provider and do not consume Architect credits; included gift credits can be used with platform-funded models. Limits and model availability may differ by plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use Architect to break the law, harm others, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade safeguards, infringe rights, or submit data you are not entitled to process. We may restrict abusive or security-threatening activity.
AI output and responsibility
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Architect helps structure instructions but does not replace professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice. You decide whether and how to use the result and must verify important facts, code, permissions, and safety requirements.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Architect the limited permission needed to store, retrieve, transform, and send that content to the selected providers so the requested service can operate. You must have the right to upload and process the content.
Availability, termination, and law
We may update features, models, and reasonable limits, and may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons. You may cancel a paid subscription through billing settings. Italian law applies where permitted, without removing mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.
