Can Architect AI improve an existing prompt?+

Can I use my own API key?+
Yes, on the API Access plan. You can connect an OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, or DeepSeek key. It is protected on the server and never shown again, while your provider bills the AI usage directly.
Is it safe to give Architect my API key? Can it be stolen?+
Your key is encrypted on the server before storage, the database table that holds it blocks every browser read, it is only ever sent to your provider's official endpoint, and no endpoint can display a saved key — you only see a masked hint. We also recommend connecting a dedicated key with a spending cap set at your provider, so your maximum exposure is a limit you control. The complete protection model is explained on our Security page.
